Refund & Cancellation Policy

MKP Suite is a digital product delivered instantly, so please check the requirements (Windows, After Effects 2020 or newer) before buying.

When you can get a refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but did not receive a license key and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours.
• Your license key is not yet activated and you ask for a refund within 3 days of purchase.
• The Product does not work on your supported system and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report.

When refunds are not given

• After the key has been activated and used normally.
• Change of mind after 3 days, or missing features that were not promised on this website.
• Licenses blocked for breaking the Terms of Service.

How to request

Email realmayurpatil@gmail.com with your order email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Your license key is blocked once refunded.
